Iceland is know for it's many national park wich are popular for many recreational activites and different types of landforms / vegetation
 
Landforms
  • Iceland is considered part of the Northern Europe.

  • Hence its' an island, it has many mountians, volcano, waterfalls, glaciers and geysers/hot springs. To learn more about these features click 

Even though Iceland is a part of Europe, it doesn't mean that there are no landform regions.

  1. South-West Iceland

  2. West Iceland

  3. West Fjords

  4. North Iceland

The difference between the landforms are that some containg more mountains, volcanoes or gysers and hot springs

 

Most of Iceland is barren with tundra and streams or lakes running throught the mountains
