The best time to cycle through Iceland:
- Anytime is cycle time in Iceland!
- Look out for any puddles, ice patches, mud puddles or anything else that could harm you
Tips when cycling:
- Carry some food and lots of water
- Have a first Aid kit
- Wear layers; weather can change at anytime
- Carefully cross unbridged paths or turn around
- Carry a navigation system
- Carry a cell phone around for emergencies
- Do NOT damage Iceland's nature with careless operations on your cycle
